MySpace is now a common place name in most households. Frequently used by musicians, martial arts fighters and even porn stars its growth has been nothing short of incredible.
Rumored to be generating between 100,000 - 200,000+ new members on a DAILY basis, it's a marketers dream come true.
And why's that?Internet Advertising have traditional advertising agency's running scared.
People are...
CHOOSING what advertisements they want to watch..
CHOOSING what groups they wish to join and what cultures...
This is called social networking and is a truly amazing thing.
Before people used to watch tv and watch what was 'on the box' Now they can go online download what songs they want, view what videos they want to see.
People now have choices...
This is what makes My Space a marketers dream.
The secret to marketing with MySpace is to "slide into a group" and portray your marketing message without people even realizing they are being sold to.
It's where stealth marketing really does come into play.
Traffic is waiting to be stolen by the bucket loads and for any astute marketer who has the right information to make it happen it's a dream come true.

I'm not always first in line with what's new and exciting. I've just got round to downloading music and movies from the internet. I've checked out lots of sites and just so's you know. I recommend Unlimited Downloads. Fast download time - very easy system to use. No annoying pop-up ads. No download fees. Just a surprisingly low one-time joining fee and that's it!
Merry Christmas!

Well, that's not the usual advice from a Time Management expert... but that's the title of Mark Forster's new book. "Do It Tomorrow... and Other Secrets of Time Management". It's his best offering yet and full of valuable advice and suggestions, some surprises too.
The Great News is - I'm going to interviewing Mark, live, during a 1-hour long Teleclass next month. Oh, and by the way... you're invited.
First though, I have a favor to ask you. Would you take no more that 2 minutes to answer ONE very specific question for me? It'll help me grill Mark about the issues that are most important to you. You'll find my question here:
http://www.thereluctantsalespersonscoach.com/timemanagementquestion.htm
I'll collate the answers and post the results for you.
Thanks for your input.

The reason I've been so quiet lately is that I had some PC problems to say the least! I ended up having to reinstall my operating system which, as you know, wipes your C: drive clean. I must say I was a bit nervous about the whole thing. OK... I was backed up, but I'd never tried to restore anything before and was hoping to see all my files again (and there were lots of them).
Well I'm please to report that everything went smoothly, all my info re-appeared on the PC as if by magic! So here are the two programmes that made it not only possible, but so very easy.
I had all my files backed up on line with DepositIt. Very easy to set up. You can choose to back-up automatically or manually. This system couldn't be simpler and I restored everything literally at the touch of a button. Worth every penny of their fee I'd say.
The other was Plaxo. I just use their free service. Again, easy to use. I was able to restore all my contact cards plus the notes without a hitch. Plaxo is compatible with most e-mail systems.
Wiil it ever happen to you? I don't know, I bobbed along for 4 years without a problem but at the end of the day it did happen to me. So if you don't have you data backed up... do it now.
